Why is it that the changes that i make to my template do not register? Why is it that background pictures and pictures do not appear once i access my site from another comp, but appear in my own comp. I uploaded the files in a webpage naman, however hindi sya publicized. Pero kahit na diba? Why why why? AAARGH!
