What to Write About?

I have 2 articles due for our office newsletter and the topics assigned to me are on Food and Movies.

Up until now, I still can't decide what to write about!! It has to be something that the people in the office can relate to...

I thought of writing about the South Beach Diet and that there are a lot more healthy food choices available than i thought of. But could they relate to this? My mom cooks my food, which I believe is the biggest reasons why the diet has worked for me. I wouldn't be able to stick to the diet if i kept ordering from Sexy Cheft @ P800 a day! Most of my project mates say that it is expensive, and even I say it's expensive (i didn't pay for it :-p).

But then again, I think and think and think that maybe that there would be some who'd be able to relate - even if they wouldn't use it for a South Beach Diet menu, at least they'd know that there are healthier alternatives out there in the supermarkets and restaurants.

I need some affirmation on this...

For the movie review, I was thinking of not following that and writing about a TV series instead - HEROES!!! I know groups of people who really like it. I pray that I'd be able to do justice to Peter, Hiro and the other heroes!

It's not that i didn't watch any movies lately, but I dont' think I have enough knowledge about them to write a review since the 2 movies I watched were all part threes. Shrek 3 and Ocean's 13. I barely remember what happened in Shrek 1 or 2, the only thing I remember is that I liked the 2nd the least. As for Oceans 11 and 12 and even 13, I can't say i completely grasp what it's all about. I want to be able to immerse and understand all the nitty gritties to be able to confidently write about a topic and maybe throw in some nice sentiments and ideas here and there.

So here I am stil.. what to write about?
